Systems-Level Resource Recovery Platform
The world’s waste is its largest unrecovered material reserve.
RevTeris is a global resource recovery company. We build, own, and operate the infrastructure that takes waste streams the world currently buries, burns, or downcycles, and returns them to the commodities, materials, and energy they came from.
Partner With UsPyrolysis↺Combustible Gas
Every waste stream is a carbon stream before it is anything else. The carbon in an end-of-life tire, a treated railway tie, a municipal biosolid, or a discarded plastic does not disappear when the material is landfilled or burned. It moves. RevTeris builds the infrastructure that holds that carbon in material form rather than releasing it, and retires the liability the material carries with it.
Waste
We work on the streams that have no good disposal pathway and no economic recovery route today.
Carbon
Recovery keeps the carbon in the material rather than moving it into the air or the ground.
Recovery
Technology is chosen per stream on one measure, how much of the material returns to use and how much of the liability ends there.
Vision
A world where every waste stream processed becomes usable products, and nothing is left behind as a deferred liability.
Mission
RevTeris builds, owns, and operates resource recovery infrastructure that converts waste streams into usable products: commodities, materials, and energy. We select feedstocks and technologies by a single test: how much of the material returns to use, and how much of the liability is retired rather than deferred. The measure of every project is the same, material recovered and liability ended, carried as far as the chemistry allows.
The problem is not technology. It is integration.
The world generates enormous volumes of waste that current infrastructure cannot adequately address. Proven conversion and recovery technologies, including pyrolysis, exist and operate at commercial scale today.
The gap is in integration: bringing the right technologies together with the right operational partners, capital structures, governance frameworks, and long-term expertise to build systems that work, at scale, over decades. RevTeris is built to fill that gap wherever waste is a problem and recovered resources are needed.
Developed markets
The gap is economic and regulatory: incentives to recover value from waste have not kept pace with the volume generated.
Remote & off-grid
Often no waste infrastructure at all, and the same materials that create disposal crises represent untapped fuel and energy.
The RevTeris model
Integrate technologies, partners, capital, and governance into systems that perform over their full lifecycle. RevTeris owns and operates its facilities. We develop, own, and run the infrastructure we build, and we carry it through its full operating life.
Systems-Level Integration
RevTeris selects and integrates the right technologies, operational partners, capital structures, and governance frameworks to build resource recovery systems that work at scale over decades.
Technology-Agnostic Approach
RevTeris does not manufacture equipment or hold technology licenses that create vendor bias. It evaluates, selects, and integrates the most appropriate technologies for each application, optimized for performance, not vendor interests. RevTeris starts with pyrolysis because it is the right technology for its initial applications. It is not limited to pyrolysis.
Long-Term Infrastructure Focus
Resource recovery infrastructure requires patient capital, institutional partnerships, and multi-decade planning horizons. Our platform model provides continuity and governance structures that outlast individual projects or technology cycles, built for the timescales environmental infrastructure actually requires.
Core Capabilities
Why RevTeris
Environmental infrastructure requires a different approach. RevTeris addresses the fundamental challenges of resource recovery through comprehensive platform integration.
Technology-Agnostic Integration
RevTeris does not manufacture equipment or promote proprietary processes. Starting with continuous-feed pyrolysis, the platform is designed to incorporate additional proven conversion technologies as projects and markets evolve, selecting what fits each feedstock, geography, and output market, not what a vendor relationship dictates.
Infrastructure-Scale Governance
Resource recovery projects require governance built for decades, not quarters. RevTeris develops stakeholder alignment structures, regulatory navigation pathways, and operational continuity frameworks that give capital partners and municipal or regional authorities the long-term predictability that infrastructure investment demands.
Multiple-Stream Revenue Architecture
RevTeris facilities generate revenue across multiple independent streams: processing incentives where regulated stewardship markets exist, tipping fees for accepting waste material, and sales of recovered commodities. Combustible gas is recirculated as process fuel, which makes the facility largely energy self-sufficient and materially reduces operating cost. As the platform extends into new feedstocks and technologies, additional streams are added.
Platform Replication, Not One-Off Projects
Governance frameworks, regulatory relationships, and operational expertise are designed as templates, not exceptions. Each deployment compresses the cost and time of the next, giving the platform compounding value as it scales across remote communities, island nations, and developing markets.
Platform Applications
RevTeris designs and integrates resource recovery systems across feedstocks, technologies, and geographies.
RevTeris works across a range of waste streams, each at the research and evaluation stage. What follows describes the streams the platform is built for, not a portfolio of current projects.
- End-of-life railway ties. A treated-wood stream with limited disposal pathways and recoverable energy and material value.
- End-of-life tires. Recovering oil, carbon black, steel, and zinc oxide from a stream that is otherwise downcycled into products that carry the original chemistry forward.
- Scrap rubber and industrial rubber goods. Conveyor belting, hose, and moulded rubber outside the tire stream.
- Plastics. Streams that current mechanical recycling cannot economically address.
- Biosolids. Including streams carrying per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), where the objective is destruction rather than land application or landfill.
- Agricultural and forestry biomass. Residues with recoverable energy and carbon value.
- Activated carbon. Production and reactivation, treated as a service rather than a commodity sale.
The list is illustrative rather than exhaustive. Wherever material arrives as a liability and leaves as something usable, the model applies.
Pyrolysis breaks scrap tires into four commercially established outputs; the combustible gas is recirculated as reactor fuel, making the system largely energy self-sufficient once running.
Remote and Off-Grid Systems
Remote communities, island nations, and off-grid markets face a dual challenge: waste streams with no safe disposal pathway, and limited or nonexistent access to reliable electricity and fuel. RevTeris-integrated facilities process locally generated waste, produce fuel oil for local transportation and power generation, generate electricity from the gas fraction, and eliminate open burning and long-distance waste transport. A commercially viable model where fuel costs are high and disposal alternatives are absent.
Municipal, Industrial, and Regional Platforms
For municipalities: integrated recovery platforms combining technology integration with public-private governance, enabling authorities to address compliance, community expectations, and fiscal sustainability within provincial stewardship frameworks. For industrial operators: closed-loop material flow systems for manufacturers, fleet operators, and mining companies. For regions: multi-facility networks serving multiple municipalities and industrial operators within a RevTeris-governed partnership framework, designed for long-term stability and replication.

Markets We Build For
RevTeris serves institutional buyers and development partners making long-duration decisions with significant capital, regulatory, and operational implications, from Canadian provincial governments and industrial operators to international development organizations and remote community authorities.
Municipal and Regional Governments
Local and regional authorities with mandatory waste management obligations and long-term infrastructure planning requirements. RevTeris provides integrated resource recovery solutions that address compliance, community expectations, and fiscal sustainability.
Industrial Operators
Manufacturers, processors, fleet operators, mining companies, and construction firms generating large volumes of end-of-life tires, plastic waste, and other recoverable material streams. RevTeris develops circular material flow systems that reduce disposal costs and recover value from waste streams that would otherwise represent a net liability.
Remote Communities and Off-Grid Markets
Communities, including Indigenous communities, Arctic and sub-Arctic settlements, and rural regions, where conventional waste infrastructure is absent and fuel and electricity costs are extremely high. RevTeris's integrated model addresses both the waste management and energy access challenges simultaneously, turning locally generated waste into a distributed energy resource.
Island Nations and Developing Markets
Island states and developing-country regions where plastic and tire waste accumulates with no safe disposal pathway, and where locally generated fuel and electricity from waste conversion can provide genuine economic and humanitarian value. RevTeris's platform model adapts to local regulatory, operational, and market conditions, from Pacific island communities to Sub-Saharan African urban centers.
Infrastructure Developers and Capital Partners
Organizations that finance and develop large-scale infrastructure, including environmental impact investors, infrastructure funds, and development finance institutions active in both developed and emerging markets. RevTeris provides structured, governed project environments with aligned stakeholder interests and scalable governance frameworks.
Environmental Organizations and Development Agencies
Entities working on waste management, climate, and energy access challenges globally. They are potential platform partners and co-development organizations for projects in developing and emerging markets. RevTeris partnerships enable these organizations to deploy proven conversion technologies within a structured integration and governance framework.
RevTeris is a global resource recovery company founded in Alberta, Canada.
North America broadly, including remote Canadian communities and US markets with analogous regulatory environments.
International markets where both criteria are met together: economics (driven by tipping fees, recovered material markets, and energy output value) and impact (large unmanaged waste streams, communities lacking reliable fuel and electricity). Island nations, off-grid and remote communities, and developing-country urban centers are priority targets.
Any market where waste represents an untapped resource and where the integration of technology, governance, and capital can unlock that value. Geographic scope is limited only by platform maturity and partner availability.
Partnership Model
RevTeris operates through strategic collaborations designed for alignment, scalability, and long-term success across the resource recovery ecosystem.
Strategic Collaboration
Resource recovery infrastructure requires coordination across multiple organizations with diverse expertise. RevTeris creates frameworks that enable effective collaboration while respecting each partner's core competencies and interests.

Request Investment MaterialsThe Investment Case
Resource recovery infrastructure at platform scale, built on proven technology, regulated feedstock markets, and a governance model designed to replicate across feedstocks and geographies.
Platform Model, Not Project Model
RevTeris is structured as an integration and governance platform, not a single-facility operator. Governance frameworks, regulatory relationships, and operational expertise built in initial projects provide direct templates for subsequent deployments, compressing time and cost with each replication. The platform compounds in value as it scales.
Multiple Revenue Streams in One System
RevTeris facilities generate revenue across multiple independent streams: processing incentives where regulated stewardship markets exist, tipping fees for accepting waste material, and sales of recovered commodities. Combustible gas is recirculated as process fuel, which makes the facility largely energy self-sufficient and materially reduces operating cost. As the platform extends into new feedstocks and technologies, additional streams are added.
Proven Technology. Policy Support.
This is not a technology bet. It is an integration and execution play on proven infrastructure.
Defined Global Expansion Path
RevTeris applies two criteria together when evaluating international market expansion: economics (driven by tipping fees and recovered material markets in markets without low-cost disposal alternatives) and impact (large unmanaged waste streams, communities lacking reliable fuel and electricity). Island nations, off-grid and remote communities, and developing-country urban centers meet both criteria simultaneously.
Platform Revenue Structure
RevTeris facilities generate revenue across multiple independent streams: processing incentives where regulated stewardship markets exist, tipping fees for accepting waste material, and sales of recovered commodities. Combustible gas is recirculated as process fuel, which makes the facility largely energy self-sufficient and materially reduces operating cost. As the platform extends into new feedstocks and technologies, additional streams are added. Specific project economics are available in detailed materials on request.
Tipping Fee Revenue
Processing fees charged per tonne of feedstock received. In regulated Canadian markets, these are supported by provincial stewardship program incentive structures.
Recovered Material Markets
Tire Pyrolysis Oil (TPO), recovered carbon black (rCB) for industrial manufacturing, recovered steel, and recovered zinc oxide (ZnO) sold into established North American markets.
