  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Comply with our legal obligations and protect our legal rights

We use personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or for purposes you would reasonably expect given the context in which you provided it. If we want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first unless the law permits or requires otherwise.

4. Consent

By submitting the contact form, you consent to RevTeris collecting and using the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by contacting us at the address in Section 13. 6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use third party service providers, such as our website hosting and email providers, to operate the Site and handle enquiries. They may access personal information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, including in response to a lawful request from a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority.

7. Storage and Processing Outside Canada

Some of our service providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States, and personal information may be stored or processed in those countries. While outside Canada, personal information is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities. We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, or modification. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, and withdraw your consent to our use of your information. To make a request, contact us at the address in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
